Jazzercise

Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout.  We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour.  All ages, levels, and sizes welcome so come join us today!

Zumba

ZUMBA fitness classes combine high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries.  ZUMBA fitness is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Ditch the workout…. Join the party!!

 

 

Intro to ZUMBA

This is a great way to prepare for your first Zumba class or to improve your current practice.  Build your confidence and Zumba skills so you can maximize your workout in class. Learn the basics of salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton in this super-easy, step-by-step Zumba workshop.  You will be introduced to various styles and slowly taken through each individual step. 

 

What to wear: comfortable workout clothing, supportive tennis shoe, water bottle, towel and a smile!!

 

ZUMBATOMIC

ZumbAtomic is a dance fitness program designed exclusively for kids.  Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends, so why not get fit while they're at it?  Kids will learn cool dance steps and routines while listening to jamming kid friendly songs.  Kids naturally love to dance , wiggle and sing along to great songs so this powerful formula creates a fun filled approach to a healthy lifestyle. 

Stretchercize

Monday/Wednesday 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. OR

Tuesday/Thursday 9:45- 10:45 a.m.

Class fees $35/ month or $5/class drop-in

Stretching is important at any age because it will relax the mind, tone the body and increase flexibility.  Stretchericize is fun and is structured to work with all activity levels.  The class will include a variety of stretching and strengthening techniques.  The class is done sitting in a chair, you will never have to get on the floor! The level of activity will vary depending on the needs of the class.  You will be amazed at the workout you can get while sitting in a chair!

Increase and maintain complete range of motion of the joint; relieve muscle soreness; improves capacity for activity; promotes general body relaxation and reduces emotional stress; relieves muscle joint stiffness; helps prevent joint sprains, muscle strains or tears, including preventing re-injury to previous joint and muscle trauma; reduces conditions that may contribute to pain, spasm or cramping; promotes circulation and lymph flow and stretching feels great!!!!!

 

 

Boot Camp  

Location: Arden Park

Saturdays beginning May 15th   

8:30-9:30 am  

Cost: $15 per class

 

Are you sick of going to the gym and doing the same thing over and over again and not seeing results? Do you become bored with your gym routine? Come try a Boot Camp.  The workout is different every class! The Boot Camp class structure is based on movement performed at a high intensity.  These workouts deliver measurable health and fitness improvements and this technique enables us to do more work in less time.  There is no need to workout for hours at a time.  This workout will kick your metabolism into high gear!!  Wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring water, towel, an exercise mat, women bring 2  5lb dumbells and men bring 2  10lb dumbells.
