This class focuses on creating a greater range of motion, better posture, and improving balance. This is perfect if you are looking to be stronger, move better, and keep independently doing the activities you love! This class is suitable for anyone looking for a low intensity, full body session.
You are encouraged to bring your own roll up yoga/exercise mat. Instructor is Michael van Buskirk, CSCS from Performance-ology LLC.
